Falcon Creek Middle School Performance Framework: The School Performance Framework (SPF) is a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) document summarizing the school’s academic achievement, academic growth, and academic growth gaps. The SPF also indicates what type of plan the school must adopt.  Falcon Creek is consistently in the highest performance category. CDE maintains 2 different SPF documents for each school—the first based on the most recent year of achievement and growth, and the other based on the last three years of achievement and growth. Find the 1-year and 3-year School Performance Frameworks here:

Falcon Creek Unified Improvement Plan: The Colorado Department of Education also requires schools to complete a plan for improvement every year. This plan goes in-depth to identify areas of challenge for the school and outline goals for improvement in those areas. The plan also includes strategies the school intends to use to make improvements in achievement and growth.
