Athletic Registration

 

Falcon Creek is one of eleven middle schools in the Cherry Creek School District and participates in interscholastic competition with other Cherry Creek middle schools. At the middle school level, there is a "no cut" policy, which means that every particpant who works to improve skills, attends practice regularly, and demonstrates positive sportsmanship will play. Students interested in participating in the sport should complete the required Student Code of Conduct agreement and the Athletic Emergency Card signed by a parent/guardian and return it to their coach or upload it to the Google Form. Students also must attend the daily practices to earn playing time. To obtain physical copies of the Student Code of Conduct agreement and Emergency Card, they can be found on the Athletics bulletin board outside the gym, from their coach on the first day of practice, or download it online. Additionally, a fee is required to participate in each sport. Payments can be made to the bookkeeper in the Main Office or online through MySchoolBucks. A physical is not required for the student to participate in the athletics program. 

Announcements will be made during the year reminding students about dates and times for each sport.

Students can register to participate in athletics either online or in-person.

 

Option 1: Online Registration:

Option 2: In-Person Registration:

Students may pick up a copy of the Student Code of Conduct and Athletics Emergency Card on the Athletics Bulletin Board by the Falcon Creek main gym or obtain a copy from their coach.  Forms must be completed in its entirety and submitted to their coach no later than one week after first practice.

 

For any students who are not Falcon Creek students and would like to participate in Falcon Creek Athletics, please use this CCSD online form and follow the steps to determine eligibility.

 

Fees:

• Boys and Girls Track (all Grades) $60
• Boys Basketball $60 (8th grade) $30 (6th and 7th grade)
• Girls Basketball $60 (8th grade) $30 (6th and 7th grade)
• Boys Wrestling (all Grades) $60
• Girls Volleyball $60 (8th grade) $30 (6th and 7th grade)

Click here to pay for athletic fees on MySchoolBucks. You will need to create an account with MySchoolBucks and download the app. To pay by cash/checks (payable to Falcon Creek Middle School) they can be given to the Bookkeeper in the main office.
