Please read below for important information regarding the start of the 2026/2027 school year.

PARENT FORMS

Parent Forms are available beginning July 6th.  Parents/guardians will access Parent Forms via a link in PowerSchool, and it will be a one-and-done process.  Parent Forms are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Korean.  Email reminders to complete Parent Forms will be sent from the district every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until completed.

LOCKER REQUEST FORM

• Please use THIS form to request a locker for your student. Lockers will be handed out during the second week of school. Any subsequent requests will be handled as the request is made.  

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

District Transportation will provide information to those students who ride a bus prior to the start of school on August 17th. For additional information, please visit CCSD Transportation

NEW FALCON ACADEMY

PHASE-IN DAYS

• Monday, August 17th - First Day of School for 7th & 8th Grade ONLY
• Tuesday, August 18th - First Day of School for 6th Grade ONLY 
• Wednesday, August 19th - All students attend
