Please read below for important information regarding the start of the 2025/2026 school year.

PARENT FORMS

Parent Forms are available beginning July 7th.  Parents/guardians will access Parent Forms via a link in PowerSchool, and it will be a one-and-done process.  Parent Forms are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Korean.  Email reminders to complete Parent Forms will be sent from the district every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until completed.

LOCKER REQUEST FORM

• Please use THIS form to request a locker for your student. Lockers will be handed out the week of August 25th. Any subsequent requests will be handled the Wednesday following the request. 

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

District Transportation will provide information to those students who ride a bus prior to the start of school on August 12th. For additional information, please visit CCSD Transportation

6TH GRADE PARENT ACADEMY

PHASE-IN DAYS

• Monday, August 11th - First Day of School for 7th & 8th Grade ONLY
• Tuesday, August 12th - First Day of School for 6th Grade ONLY 
• Wednesday, August 13th - All students attend
